Stop emails from us
You don't need an account, a password or a link. Either of these works:
- Reply to any email from us with "unsubscribe" or "no thanks". A reply of "STOP" works too.
- Or email mark@fendrum.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". Include the address you want removed if it's different from the one you're writing from.
One opt-out covers every service. We keep one shared do-not-email list for all Fendrum services: Backcallr, Tin Awning, Reply Bench, Friday Permit File, Duty Ledger, Dwell Desk and Sunday Clip File. Once you're on it, none of them will email you again.
What happens next
We add your email address and your business's domain to the list, so nobody else at your business gets our emails either. For free email addresses like Gmail, we block the exact address only.
We act on opt-outs promptly. We aim to do it the same day we see it, and within 10 business days at most.
If you're a paying customer, we'll still send the emails needed to deliver what you've paid for. Tell us if you want to cancel that too.
Still hearing from us?
Email mark@fendrum.com with the subject "Unsubscribe" and forward the email you received, so we can find where it came from and fix it.
